Tomorrow!

I am being induced tomorrow morning. I am so very excited about this and at the same time nervous as hell! Tomorrow is my actual due date which is cool and it is also my mother-in-law's birthday so she will be super excited if he does in fact arrive on her birthday. I'm hoping for a regular labor/delivery, no marathons wanted here, but obviously I can't control that. I think my husband is more nervous about the whole ordeal than I am...........or maybe I'm just in denial. I like to go with the whole ignorance is bliss thing. Seems to be working thus far. The one thing I won't enjoy much is the hospital stay. I really don't like hospitals. I find them so depressing. Guess that is another reason why I never went into the medical field. I'm also a bit concerned about the hospital food. Will it be edible?

I'm trying very hard not to think about school at all for the first week of my maternity leave, but it is very difficult. I want my long-term sub to do well and have a good experience like I had when I was a long-term sub. Also, I am very territorial when it comes to my classroom. I like it neat and orderly and I don't like it in a disarray..................I hope she feels the same way about it too.

I'm off to go do a few more chores that need to be done before I come home with a BRAND NEW BABY!
